Malaga airport is the busiest airport in Andalusia, with 85 percent of international flights in the region. It offers a wide range of international destinations. The airport, connected to the Costa del Sol, has a daily link with twenty cities in Spain and almost one hundred cities in Europe. Also it operates direct flights to Africa, the Middle East and North America in summer.

Malaga Airport has 3 terminals T1 calls, T2 and T3.

Terminal 1 (T1) is now closed and therefore not used.

Terminal 2 (T2) known as the Pablo Picasso terminal, has 3 floors and a basement. The second floor is for departures and the ground floor is for arrivals.

Terminal 3 (T3) is the new terminal building at Malaga airport. It has 86 new counters (two of them for special baggage) divided into two areas and 15 self-service machines for billing.
